The charges include insurance, food, (with the exception of veterinary prescribed diets and special food) treats, bedding, taxes and of course TLC.

The Holkham suites £22.50

2nd dog (same kennel) £11.50

Rates are per dog per day or part thereof

Minimum Boarding charge - £45.00

Day Boarding (9am-6pm) £25.00 - £30.00

A 50% supplement is charged for all services provided on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day.

Deposit

Payment may be made by cheque accompanied by cheque guarantee card or cash. We reserve the right to revise our prices when necessary. All prices quoted will be at the rate prevailing at time of booking. All prices charged will be at the rate prevailing at time of boarding.

EARLY RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

We do not give credit for early returns you will be charged for the period booked

Due to problems in the past with no shows and last minute cancellations at peak periods (see below) we now require a £50 non refunable depsoit for each week booked

PEAK PERIODS

Our peak periods are half terms, Easter School holidays, Chirstmas and New Year

Opening Hours

To minimise disruption to all our guests opening hours for delivery of guests are 10.00hrs - 11.30hrs and 17.30hrs – 18.00hrs

Collection of guests from 9:30am - 11:30am and 17:30pm - 18:00pm

Closed Sunday from 12:00pm

We are closed for collection and delivery on Bank Holidays and New Years Eve.

Chauffer Service

We are happy to collect and return our guests at a cost of £1 per mile.

The distance travelled will be by SAT NAV.

Please book this service as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
